SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

DROP SHIPPING MODEL  
All Yacoby merchandise is produced and fulfilled through a drop-shipping network. This means that different products may be shipped from different production partners, locations, or warehouses. As a result, items in the same order may arrive separately and at different times.

SHIPPING TIMES  
Processing and production times vary by product and supplier.  
• Standard production and shipping: 10–21 days  
• Orders fulfilled outside the United States or shipped internationally may require additional transit time, depending on the destination and customs processes.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING PARTNERS  
We work with a variety of manufacturers and shipping carriers. Shipping methods, couriers, and tracking information may differ based on the product and fulfillment location.

SHIPPING PROFILES  
Because products are fulfilled by different partners, each item may follow its own shipping profile. Delivery estimates provided at checkout reflect the best available information from each fulfillment source.

STANDARD SIZES & ONE-SIZE ITEMS  
All apparel items are provided in standard sizes as displayed on each product page. Certain items—such as candles, accessories, and other specialty products—are available in one size only.

RETURNS & DEFECTIVE ITEMS  
Due to the nature of our drop-shipping model, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or defective.  
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.  
• Approved returns will be replaced or refunded based on availability.  
• Returns for sizing, change of mind, or non-defective items cannot be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
